We are currently in an office in 276 Hereford St, over the road from our usual office and in the City Mission building.  If you call us, you may get the message that you have reached “box 851″.  We are trying to change this so that people know they have got through to the correct people.  We are also having trouble checking our messages, so please call us back if we have not returned your call.  Thank you for your time and patience during this transitional period.

University student, Alicia Sudden, is looking for research participants who have been on the benefit at some point in their life, and come off this benefit either temporarily or permanently since July 2013. Beneficiary Advisory Service (BAS) staff are specialists in welfare law and offer can help with simple queries about benefit entitlements to complex investigations or reviews of decisions and medical appeals.
